Privacy policy

Last updated: August 15, 2026

NQB collects very little personal information. This policy sets out what we collect through www.nqb.ai, why and what you can require of us.

Who is responsible

NQB AI inc., Québec (Québec), Canada.

The person in charge of the protection of personal information is our Chief Executive Officer. For any request about this policy or about your information, write to [email protected].

What we collect

Contact form
The name, email address, company and message you type in.
Submission metadata
The IP address, the browser identifier (user agent), the date and the time of the submission.
Server logs
The requests our server receives, which include the IP address.

We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. There is no account to create and nothing that follows you between visits.

Why we collect it

Answering you
The only reason the contact form exists.
Business follow-up
Continuing the exchange you started.
Protecting the service
The IP address and user agent help us tell a genuine request from an automated one.

We never sell or rent your information. We do not use it for advertising and we build no profile of you.

Your consent

Submitting the form means you agree to us using this information to reply to you. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to [email protected].

Who else has access

We disclose your information to no one for commercial purposes. Your request is stored on a server located in Québec. Two technical providers do sit in the chain:

Network infrastructure
A provider routes and protects the site's traffic. For a visitor in Canada, the connection is handled from Montréal.
Email
A provider hosts our mailboxes. The notification of your request arrives there.

Both providers are American companies. Your request is stored in Québec, but a copy of it reaches us by email and may be kept outside Canada. The network provider's technical logs may also be processed elsewhere. We will name these providers on request.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as the business relationship it opened remains active, then for the time needed to meet our legal and tax obligations. We set no uniform period, because an exchange that went nowhere and an ongoing mandate do not call for the same treatment.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Requests are stored on a server whose access is restricted to the people who need it and administrative access requires authentication.

Your rights

Québec law gives you the following rights over the information we hold about you.

Access
Obtain the list of the information we hold and receive a copy of it.
Correction
Have information corrected when it is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous.
Deletion
Ask us to stop keeping it once the purpose has been fulfilled.
Withdrawal of consent
End our use of your information.
Portability
Receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.

Write to [email protected] to exercise any of them. We answer within 30 days.

If our answer does not satisfy you

You may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, which oversees the protection of personal information in the private sector.

Changes

We may change this policy. The date at the top of this page indicates the version in force.
